Why Bother?

Feeling stuck or frustrated in your relationships? Or drained or stressed out, wanting to be more compassionate or more effective?

This course can help you improve relationships with others and within yourself.

Learn how the words and intention we use can break connection with others, and how we can make different choices that strengthen connection, and relationships.

.

What is it?

This is an 8-week course, offering a 4-step model to help you make language choices that strengthen relationships. We’ll explore practical, specific, and clear steps to take, and provide you a supportive and safe place to learn and practise.

The course is thought-provoking, interactive, and fun. We use your real-life situations, working in pairs and small groups in a caring and supportive environment.

.

Compassionate Communication is based on Nonviolent Communication (NVC) developed by Marshall Rosenberg and the Centre for Nonviolent Communication.
