Chinese calligraphy is an ancient and elegant art form and a traditional system for healing and a method for spiritual cultivation that allows us to deepen our connection to the Great Dao. In this workshop, you will learn to integrate breath, posture and visualization – the foundational elements of all traditional Qigong forms – and to create specifically chosen Fu (talisman) art in the Wu (Chinese Shamanic) tradition.
