Our new LISTEN to YOUR BODY course – Inverness & Forres
This once weekly evening program is designed to share every-day Daoist wisdom, in the most practical sense, in order for us to bring health and well-being into our daily lives.
Listen to Your Body courses are next commencing on Monday nights, from the 16th July, in Inverness, and on Wednesday nights, from 18th July, in Forres.
Our first series of Listen to Your Body courses have been very popular, so please book in advance to ensure your place for bookings in July.

British Conference of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine

We are very pleased to announce that Therese Poon (Mingming) will be presenting at this years British Conference of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Windsor, Berkshire, UK, on the 29th September, 2012.
She will be presenting along with many other experts in Chinese Medicine at the weekend conference.

Tea and TCM: Chinese teas and their medicinal benefits
In this workshop you will taste different varieties of Chinese tea and discover their medicinal effects and how to apply them prescriptively. Whether building yin, clearing heat, tonifying the lung or harmonising with the season, Therese will show there is a tea suitable for every situation.
Therese Poon graduated in Chinese medicine from Victoria University in Melbourne, Australia. She has travelled extensively to study the arts of internal alchemy, medical qigong, Chinese tea ceremony and Daoist wellbeing.
