Hidden Immortal Lineage Taiji is an ancient practice for cultivating inner knowledge and a method for moving into TianRenHeYi (the union of the human being and the Universe). Taiji, commonly translated as “supreme ultimate”, is a type of internal Chinese martial arts that is practiced for physical training, health benefits and spiritual cultivation.
In this workshop, we will review the eight movements of the Taiji Mother Form:, which correspond to the 8 tidal hexagrams of the Yijing (I Ching):
Qian, Dui, Li, Zhen, Xun, Kan, Gen and Kun.

Master Zhongxian Wu, a lifelong Daoist practitioner, is the recognized lineage master of multiple schools of Qigong, Taiji and internal martial arts. He synthesizes wisdom and experience for beginning and advanced practitioners, as well as for patients seeking healing, in his unique and professionally designed workshops. He is the author of 11 books on ancient Chinese wisdom traditions.
